PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION
At Complete Property Centre, we endeavour to process all tenancy applications as quickly as we can. Please ensure that all questions are answered in details and all documentation required is provided. We recommend that you contact any references you have provided and let them know to expect our call.
100 POINTS OF IDENTIFICATION & SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION
- Centrelink Statement if applicable
- Payslips (at least 3-4)
- Bank Statement (at least 4 weeks, unless monthly pay cycle where 2 statements will be required

Please provide 100 points of identification & copy of supporting documentation with your application. Please be advised, applications will not be processed if the correct documents are not provided.

INITIAL PAYMENT OF RENT AND BOND
Initial payments of rent and bond must paid into our nominated bank account within 24hrs of approval of application. No personal cheques will be accepted.
Applications are accepted subject to the availability of the property on the due date and no action shall be taken by the applicant against the landlord and the agent should any circumstances arise whereby the property is not available for occupation on the due date. Free utility connection services are available. Please inform your Property Manager if you wish to take advantage of this.
